1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Lumetrix Pro and its clients regarding electrical and renovation services.
2. Services
Lumetrix Pro provides electrical installation, repair, and renovation services. Each service will be subject to a detailed quotation, accepted by the client before execution.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros (â¬), VAT included. Payments can be made by bank transfer (IBAN) or by credit card via Stripe.
A deposit may be required before work begins. The balance is due upon completion of the service.
4. Execution deadlines
Intervention deadlines are given as an estimate and may vary depending on technical constraints or unforeseen site conditions. Lumetrix Pro cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, private clients have a 14-day withdrawal period after signing the quotation, unless the work has started with their prior consent.
For urgent services (immediate repairs), this right of withdrawal does not apply.
6. Guarantees
Services are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and, where applicable, the ten-year construction warranty, in compliance with French law.
7. Liability
Lumetrix Pro shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of installations by the client or defects from equipment not supplied by Lumetrix Pro.
